GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT POLICY FOR RESERVATIONS
Payment for reserved rooms is made depending on the selected price type / cancellation policy: non-refundable price with immediate payment or price with the possibility of canceling the reservation.
After making a reservation request, you will receive a confirmation with your reservation number.
Please note that the number of parking spaces in the underground garage is limited and marking a parking space in the reservation is NOT a confirmation of such, but only a request. Advance reservation is required by phone +359 898 506 505.
In cases of advance payment by bank transfer of the amount due for the reservation, a proforma invoice for payment is sent along with the confirmation. After receiving the amount on the Hotelier's bank account, the reservation is considered to be finally confirmed.
All invoices are issued in BGN and/or in EUR at the BNB fixing rate.
PAYMENT METHODS:
– in cash on site at the hotel
– by bank transfer to the Hotelier's bank account. The date of payment is the date on which the Hotelier's bank account is credited with the full amount due. All costs related to the bank transfer are at the expense of the client.

– by credit or debit cards
– Visa, MasterCard, Borica – online when booking at a "pay immediately" /non refundable/ price or on site at the hotel via a POS terminal at the reception
– American Express – on site at the hotel via a POS terminal at the reception
RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
For reservations made at a "pay immediately" /non refundable/ price, cancellations are not allowed. The penalty due is the amount of the full stay for the reservation. This rule is also applicable in case of no show.
Cancellation of reservations is made by e-mail, fax or on site at the hotel.
– no penalty is due for cancellations made within the following deadlines:
– up to 7 days before arrival
– cancellations made after the above deadlines – the penalty due is 50% of the value of the first night.
DAMAGE AND HOUSEKEEPING POLICY
-A room key is provided upon check-in. If the key is lost, a fine of 50 leva is imposed.
-When booking an underground garage, a remote control is provided to open the garage cell with a grille.
If the remote control is stolen, a one-time fine of 150 leva is paid.
-Smoking in the Acropolis Hotel is strictly prohibited and a one-time fine of 100 leva is charged in case of violation.
-For burnt, heavily stained with blood or revanol bedding that cannot be washed and restored, a one-time fine is charged for: top sheet 80 leva, bottom sheet 60 leva, pillowcase 40 leva, large towel 40 leva and small towel 20 leva.
-In case of violation and non-payment of the reservation within 10 days of check-in, the Acropolis Hotel reserves the right to demand and impose a fine of 3% of the total value of the reservation, seeking its right under the law.
-In case of accommodation of more people than indicated in the reservation, a fine of 50 leva is imposed for each day of stay.
-When accommodating a guest with a pet without the consent of the management, a one-time fine of 100 leva is imposed.
-In case of non-compliance with the policy for quiet hours from 14.00-16.00 pm and after 22.00 pm to 08.00 am and disturbing the peace of other guests, after two warnings, the reservation is canceled and guests are asked to leave the hotel without refunding the amount for the reservation.
-In case of violation of the integrity of the furniture in the room, a one-time fee of 300 leva is charged for each broken piece of furniture.
